Job Description 1 – Oracle OIC Technical Consultant
Position: Oracle OIC Technical Consultant
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Client: Federal Client
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Consultant to support a large-scale Federal implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and external systems while ensuring compliance with Federal security and operational standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle middleware and integration technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience integrating Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM Cloud applications
- Expertise in REST/SOAP web services, APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT
- Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, ICS, or ODI is preferred
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and orchestration
- Experience working with SFTP, file-based integrations, and API gateways
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, SSL certificates, and secure integrations
- Experience with Oracle ATP/Autonomous Database is a plus
- Must have prior experience supporting Federal Government projects
- Knowledge of Federal compliance and security standards is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and develop OIC integrations and orchestrations
- Create and maintain REST/SOAP integrations
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning
- Work with functional teams to gather technical requirements
- Support deployment activities and production issues
- Develop technical documentation and integration specifications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle OIC Certification preferred
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Job Description 2 – Oracle OIC Functional Consultant
Position: Oracle OIC Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Client: Federal Client
Job Summary
We are seeking an Oracle OIC Functional Consultant to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams for a Federal client implementation. The consultant will analyze business processes, define integration requirements, and support functional testing and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud applications and integrations
- Functional understanding of Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM Cloud modules
- Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) projects
- Strong experience gathering business and integration requirements
- Knowledge of business process flows and data mapping
- Experience creating functional specifications and test scenarios
- Strong understanding of APIs, file-based integrations, and workflows
- Experience supporting UAT and production validation
- Must have prior experience working on Federal Government projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Define integration use cases and mapping documents
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design
- Support SIT/UAT testing activities
- Coordinate with business users and project teams
- Prepare functional documentation and training materials
- Assist in issue resolution and deployment support
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud functional certification preferred
- Experience in public sector or Federal implementations preferred
- Knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies is a plus
