Location: HYD,AP(India),Sacramento,CA

We are actively looking for OPT/EAD Recruiter who has at least 2 years experience in Lead Generation and Recruiting OPT,EAD students for training/placement Division.

 

Key Skills Required:

·         Experience in registering in University sites and Job portals like Dice, Monster and receiving OPT student profiles.

·         Strong experience in OPT/EAD/CPT Lead generation

·         Strong understanding of OPT / EAD/H1B Legal rules and issues 

·         Strong communication skills

·         Strong understanding of Overall IT consulting process.

·         Highly motivated and Dedicated work ethics

 

 

Other skills required

·         Maintaining database of resume following up with candidates. Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals. Sourcing the resumes from Monster, Dice or Carrier Builder Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening, understand their competencies & skill sets. 

·         Be in regular contact with potential Leads

·         Willing to work in Night Shift-EST/PST/CST Time Zone

·         Willing to work from Hyderabad work location
