Position – Voice Recording Engineer / VOIP Engineer

Location – New York City, NY

Job Type – Contract

Interview- Telephonic + In Person

Job Description:

· Manage and maintain all Legal & Compliance requests (globally) related to voice recording data.

· Daily voice recording operations support.

· Collect metrics and create reports for Voice operations and litigation team alike.

· Manage vendor and escalation or issues highlighted by the regulators.

· Excellent knowledge of voice telephony and recording technologies as well as excellent skills in excel and reporting. Hands on database/data skills

Skills Required:

Voice Knowledge: Avaya, BT Turrets, Cisco

Recording Systems: NICE NTR, VPI

Databases: SQL, SQLYog, SybaseTeam

Management Skills

· Hands on database/data skills

· Ability to prioritize along with good time management skills

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to participate as part of a team.

· Sense of ownership/accountability

· Flexible and adaptable to meet the teams needs

· Advance excel, SQL skills
