Job Description:

 

Responsibilities

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

·         Work on Admin items on Configuration changes – including Profile Updates

·         Manage ongoing monthly and weekly data loads to Salesforce

·         Manage a quarterly sandbox audit process (internal process)

·         Work on the testing and delivery of New Packages for Salesforce for Outlook/Install new packages for business in our sandboxes

·         Manage incident tickets and relationship transfer requests via data load

 

 

Required Skills

·         The split between development and administration type activities is 40/60 (40% development, 60% administration)

·         Must have 8+ Years of experience

 

This individual who fills this position will have the following responsibilities:

·         Maintain Multiple Sandboxes in 2 Organizations

·         Administer User Access in Sandboxes

·         Work on Admin Items on Config Changes

·         Work on Profile updates

·         Ongoing Monthly and Weekly Loads

·         Daily ACAT Loads

·         Cleaning all sandboxes in Institutional to sync up Sandbox Audit

·         Refreshing Institutional Sandboxes on a periodic basis

·         Work on New Packages for Salesforce for Outlook / Install New Packages for Business in Sandboxes
