Iris client a leading electronic trading platform provider is looking to hire Java Developer for a long term contract opportunity.

 

Our client operates a leading electronic trading platform that enables fixed-income market participants to efficiently trade corporate bonds and other types of fixed-income instruments using their patented trading technology.

 

Their headquarters in New York and has offices in London, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, São Paulo, Hong Kong and Singapore.

 

 

Position: Mid-Level Core Java Developer

Location: New York City, NY (Mid town)

Interview: Telephonic + In Person

Job Type: Long Term Contract

 

Required Skills

 

·         Must have 5+ years of IT experience.

·         Should have expertise in Core Java, Multithreading, Restful WebServices, SQL Query.

·         Good with JMS, threading, Tomcat

·         Good in query optimization, stored procedures

·         Should have experience with any of these: Python/ R/Angular.js

·         Comfortable with Linux shell and scripting

·         Proficient in Problem Analysis, and Problem Solving.

·         Must have excellent Communication Skills.

·         Financial / Banking Domain experience in highly preferred.
