Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python (Fast API) and AI agent-based integrations to design and deliver scalable, intelligent backend solutions. The role focuses on building API-driven platforms and integrating LLM-powered agentic workflows across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI
• Lead implementation of AI agent frameworks (Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) into business workflows and applications
• Build agentic orchestration, RAG pipelines, and tool-based automation workflows
• Architect API-first and event-driven integrations across cloud and enterprise platforms
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and observability of services
• Lead code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and AI/ML teams for solution delivery 

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, async programming
• Experience with AI/GenAI frameworks and agent-based architectures
• Integration experience with LLMs and AI services (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI)
• Knowledge of microservices, API gateways, and cloud (Azure/AWS)
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, messaging (Kafka, Service Bus, etc. 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases (Redis, Pinecone, FAISS)
• Exposure to enterprise integration platforms (Apigee, Mirth, etc.)
• Understanding of distributed systems and system design 

Education

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related field
