Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced .NET AWS Lead Developer / Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, AWS cloud services, Microservices Architecture, and DevOps practices. This role requires hands-on development, technical leadership, architecture design, mentoring teams, and driving cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using .NET technologies and AWS cloud services.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define technical solutions.
• Drive application modernization and migration initiatives from on-premises to AWS cloud environments.
• Establish development standards, coding best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to development teams.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation processes.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and cloud-native solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, and .NET 6/7/8.
• Extensive experience developing Web APIs and enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with Entity Framework / EF Core, LINQ, and Dependency Injection.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS cloud experience.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, CloudWatch, IAM, Secrets Manager, and Step Functions.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Systems.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Distributed Systems, and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Experience leading development teams and providing technical guidance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with application modernization and cloud migration projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• AWS Certifications are a plus.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation) is preferred.
