Position : monday.com Solution Architect (IT PPM & Workflow Automation) – Healthcare IT Platform

REMOTE

Duration: ~160 hours (with strong potential for extension)

Experience: 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

Assess and clean up existing monday.com environment

Design end-to-end workflows (Intake → Execution → Reporting)

Build standardized templates for IT (Security, Infrastructure, Operations, Applications)

Develop portfolio structures and executive dashboards

Implement resource & capacity planning models

Enable budget tracking and reporting

Integrate with ticketing systems and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)

What We’re Looking For :

Strong hands-on experience with monday.com implementations

Expertise in workflow automation, dashboards, and governance

Experience with IT project/portfolio management (PPM)

Ability to work with stakeholders and build executive-level reporting

Healthcare or regulated environment experience is a plus

Key Deliverables :

Clean, standardized monday.com ecosystem

End-to-end intake and execution workflows

IT templates and portfolio structures

Executive and operational dashboards

Resource utilization and budget tracking models

Integration with external systems
