Role: Salesforce Lead
Location – Hartford CT (mandatory) - Need Only Local
Final Round will onsite at Hartford CT or Dallas , TX
- 1 year minimum Lead experience in an onshore-offshore model.
- 8+ years of minimum Salesforce related experience building and architecting complex applications
- Experience in Sales cloud (5+ years)
- 5+ years LWC, Aura experience.
- 5+ years of Apex & Visual Force.
- Proven Admin experience.
- Strong in Devops tools like AutoRabit.
- Must be very strong in integration projects.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce including setup, configuration, and optimization of AI-powered agent workflows.
- Experience integrating AgentForce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems for automated case handling and agent productivity improvements.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodology
- Must understand the requirements clearly and articulate it well in design
- Must be able to facilitate meetings to resolve issues/problems with a win/win result.
- Demonstrate experience communicating complex architectures and roadmaps to senior business leadership
