 Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead end-to-end implementation and architecture across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and GRC. The role will also focus on leveraging AI capabilities (Now Assist) and building custom external-facing support solutions integrated with the ServiceNow platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and GRC modules
  • Lead architecture, design, and deployment of scalable ServiceNow implementations
  • Configure and optimize CMDB and Service Mapping for enterprise environments
  • Implement ITOM capabilities including discovery, event management, and monitoring
  • Drive GRC implementations including risk, compliance, and policy management
  • Leverage Now Assist (Generative AI) to enhance workflows, automation, and user experience
  • Design and develop custom external-facing portals/solutions for customer or partner support
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define requirements and solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
  • Ensure best practices, governance, and platform scalability

🛠️ Required Skills

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow platform implementation and architecture
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
    • ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)
    • CMDB (Design, governance, data modeling)
    • GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance modules)
  • Experience with Now Assist (ServiceNow AI capabilities) or similar AI-driven automation
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
  • Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and API development
  • Ability to design external-facing portals or custom applications on ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or Architect-level certifications)
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and modern integration architectures
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead discussions with business and technical teams
  • Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
  • Ability to mentor and guide teams
