Agile Project Manager – Mortgage Industry
Needs to be USC or Green card because they will be converting to full time salary
Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Monday/Friday remote)
Location- Miami, FL
Exp- 10+ years exp, 4+ years as agile PM - Mortgage domain exp required
Rate- $60/hr C2C

Need good senior person that works with mortgage as project manager in a agile environment
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Agile projects within an Enterprise PMO environment, ensuring adherence to business goals, regulatory guidelines, and delivery timelines.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across product, technology, and business units, particularly in mortgage-related workflows, to ensure successful outcomes.
3. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, adjusting plans as needed.
4. Cultivate a strong Agile mindset within teams through coaching, facilitation of ceremonies, and promoting continuous improvement.
5. Monitor project health by identifying and mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and handling changes in scope.
6. Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders, offering transparency on progress, challenges, and milestones.
7. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
8. Align all activities with PMO best practices, ensuring compliance with governance and reporting structures.
Required Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in the mortgage industry is required.
2. 3–5 years of project management experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
3. Experience operating within an Enterprise PMO structure.
4. Strong understanding of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to lead and manage complex, data-driven initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with large-scale data or digital transformation projects.
2. Familiarity with Azure or other cloud-based technologies.
3. Agile certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP.
4. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
