🚀 Hiring: Functional Project Lead – Guidewire

📍 Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States

We are seeking an experienced Functional Project Lead with strong Guidewire implementation expertise and deep insurance domain knowledge to lead business work streams and drive successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage integrated business workstream plans across Guidewire implementation programs
✅ Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define requirements, business processes, and future-state solutions
✅ Drive end-to-end requirements gathering, solutioning, planning, execution, and delivery activities
✅ Collaborate with technical teams to define, estimate, document, and validate business requirements
✅ Conduct requirement sessions focused on Guidewire PolicyCenter business processes and workflows
✅ Align cross-functional teams and ensure completion of project deliverables within scope and schedule
✅ Support business case development, KPI identification, benefit realization tracking, and stakeholder approvals
✅ Identify risks, manage dependencies, and support issue resolution throughout project execution
✅ Provide business SME support across the Guidewire value chain and insurance operations

🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Guidewire implementation experience (PolicyCenter preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of insurance business processes and functional solutions
✔ Experience leading workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
✔ Strong project planning, delivery management, and Agile/Scrum experience
✔ Ability to work closely with business users, product owners, architects, and development teams
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

🔹 Preferred Experience:
⭐ Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience
⭐ Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter exposure
⭐ Experience driving large-scale transformation and implementation programs
⭐ Business process modeling, gap analysis, and solution validation expertise
