Hiring: QA Test Lead – Majesco Billing
📍 Portsmouth, New Hampshire
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead with strong Majesco Billing expertise and deep Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain knowledge to lead enterprise billing testing initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive overall test strategy for Majesco Billing implementations and enhancements
• Lead functional, system integration, regression, and UAT testing activities
• Validate complex P&C billing processes including invoicing, installment plans, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, refunds, and billing adjustments
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and resolution
• Coordinate testing cycles with development, release, and business teams
• Ensure testing aligns with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements
• Mentor QA team members and drive testing best practices
🛠 Required Skills:
✔ 8–12 years of QA / Testing experience
✔ 3–5+ years in QA Lead / Test Lead roles
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Majesco Billing
✔ Deep understanding of P&C Insurance Billing lifecycle
✔ Experience with UAT, regression, integration, and system testing
✔ SQL and database validation experience
✔ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
💡 Ideal Candidate:
• Strong SME in Majesco Billing testing and validation
• Experience leading enterprise-scale billing QA initiatives
• Ability to work closely with business, QA, and technical teams in fast-paced Agile environments
