Must-Have Skills:

• Strong Salesforce BA experience across the SDLC
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ
• Business requirements gathering and solution documentation
• Workflows, reports, custom objects, validation rules, and declarative automation
• Backlog grooming, release planning, and scope management
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, Jira, Confluence
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, design, and development teams
• Support backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint/release planning
• Create process flows, data models, and functional/technical documentation
