Role Summary
The team is seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analysis expertise While the role includes PM responsibilities such as project updates and coordination the primary focus will be acting as a handson Business Analyst who can run projects investigate issues coordinate testing support release regressions and manage deliveries endtoend

Business Analysis
1 Lead requirements elicitation and stakeholder discussions
2 Document
Functional requirements
Business Requirement Documents BRDs
User stories
3 Perform AsIs analysis and propose workflow improvements
4 Investigate system and data issues perform root cause analysis
5 Coordinate UAT and testing efforts
6 Support release validation and regression testing
7 Work closely with development QA and operations teams
Project Management
1 Own and independently run small to midsized projects
2 Provide project updates status reports and risk tracking
3 Manage dependencies timelines and scope
4 Deliver using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Technical Data Responsibilities
1 Write complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation
2 Use Python preferred to automate daily BA activities
3 Design and visualize
APIs
System integrations
Endtoend workflows
4 Act as the bridge between business and technical teams
Required Experience
Domain Experience Must Have
1 Capital Markets
2 Compliance OR Risk Management OR Regulatory projects
Business Analysis PM
Strong experience in
Requirements elicitation
Functional documentation
BRDs and User Stories
Agile Waterfall delivery
Workflow optimization
Technical Skills
1 Advanced SQL
2 Working knowledge of Python
3 Strong technical background with ability to
Understand and design APIs
