Are you passionate about building the next generation of AI-powered autonomous systems? We are looking for talented Agentic AI Developers to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that can reason, plan, interact with tools, and execute complex workflows using cutting-edge LLM technologies.

🤖 Role Overview

As an Agentic AI Developer, you will work on advanced AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, multi-agent frameworks, and cloud AI services to deliver scalable enterprise AI applications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and develop agentic AI systems using GPT, Claude, Azure OpenAI, and other LLMs

✅ Build multi-agent workflows with planning, memory, reasoning, and tool-use capabilities

✅ Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

✅ Integrate enterprise applications, APIs, and knowledge sources into AI workflows

✅ Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies for business use cases

✅ Develop scalable AI services using Python and microservices architecture

✅ Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI agent performance and reliability

✅ Collaborate with business and technical teams to transform requirements into AI-powered solutions

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

✔ 3–8 years of software engineering and/or AI development experience

✔ Strong Python programming skills

✔ Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and LLM frameworks such as:

• LangChain

• Semantic Kernel

• AutoGen

• CrewAI

✔ Experience with Vector Databases:

• Pinecone

• FAISS

• Azure AI Search

• Similar vector search platforms

✔ Experience building REST APIs and microservices

✔ Familiarity with Azure AI Services and/or AWS AI Services

✔ Strong understanding of:

• Prompt Engineering

• Embeddings

• RAG Architectures

• Fine-Tuning Concepts

⭐ Nice to Have

• Multi-Agent Orchestration experience

• GenAI Governance & Responsible AI practices

• React.js or AI Chat UI development experience

• Experience deploying enterprise-scale AI applications
