📍 Locations: Lake Mary, FL | Pittsburgh, PA

Rate:$47/hr on C2C 

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, and Financial Data Management to support enterprise data initiatives within a banking and financial services environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements

✅ Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

✅ Design, build, and support ETL pipelines for integrating data from multiple sources

✅ Work extensively with Snowflake for data warehousing, data modeling, and performance optimization

✅ Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across enterprise systems

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data standards and solutions

✅ Troubleshoot data pipeline and performance issues while documenting technical specifications and data flows

🔹 Required Skills

✔ Strong experience with SQL, Oracle, and Snowflake

✔ Hands-on experience with ETL/Data Pipelines

✔ Knowledge of Collibra and Data Governance

✔ Experience in Financial Data Management (FDM)

✔ Strong understanding of Banking / Financial Services

✔ Familiarity with DMN (Decision Model and Notation)

⭐ Nice to Have

• Data Modeling experience

• AI/Data Analytics exposure

• Enterprise Data SDLC knowledge

• Banking data structures and regulatory reporting experience
