🚀 Hiring: Solution Architect – Microsoft .NET Platform (Migration & Data Engineering Focus)

📍 Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, Data Engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, and enterprise application modernization. This role will lead large-scale migration initiatives, define architecture standards, and drive delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Define and drive end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications built on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem

✅ Design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures leveraging microservices, APIs, and event-driven patterns

✅ Lead application modernization and legacy-to-.NET migration programs

✅ Define migration strategies including re-platforming, re-hosting, and re-architecting approaches

✅ Architect and implement ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data integration solutions

✅ Design data flows, governance, reconciliation, and quality frameworks across systems

✅ Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise architects

✅ Drive cloud adoption, DevOps practices, and modernization initiatives using Azure technologies

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

✔ Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#)

✔ Hands-on experience with Data Engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data integration solutions

✔ Strong Azure Cloud experience

✔ Expertise in Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and Distributed Systems

✔ Proven experience leading enterprise migration and modernization programs

✔ Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures

✔ Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries

⭐ Experience with AI-assisted migration and modernization tools

⭐ Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization experience

⭐ Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives

🔹 Success Measures:

📌 Improved scalability, maintainability, and performance of enterprise applications

📌 Adoption of architecture standards and best practices across teams
