If you tick 'use mouse input' in the touch object's properties, you can eliminate the mouse object. This will save you a lot of headache and 'or' conditions!

The mouse object may still be useful for MouseOver events, without being used to detect mouse clicks.

If you are aiming for touch compatibility, what use is a mouse over event?
