new interesting feature: standby developers

Team, in ur accounts u will see an iphone switch in the top right corner for you to say that you need help and have nothing to do until we give it to you. Simply click that to get the help of your big bro/sis.

Big bros/sises, look out for a list of "Standby Developers" next to your My To Dos link in the nav bar. It will have a count of standby developers. If above 0 obviously you got one. Those are the developers you should prioritize and give immediate assistance to so they are not waiting on us!

I hope this feature, though simple, works out as a way for everyone to be heard and get the attention they need. Jacques and I will be looking out for everyone who marks themselves as standby, not just siblings of a big bro/sis.
