Arlington or Alexandria Fall soccer league?

Is anyone organizing a team for an Arlington or Alexandria soccer league? I'd love to play this Fall. There was a posting yesterday for DC league team on the main colonial listserv but I was hoping for play much closer to home than RFK Stadium practice field in NorthEast DC.
