Has anyone ever worked on a Mobebius Strip or bought the "Treasury"
books by Cat Bordhi. The reviews are generally very good. I'm
thinking it might be worth it. I've downloaded a continuous Moebius
pattern (not Cat's) but haven't had time to start it. Just wondered if
anyone has ventured there.

I'm not sure which one you mean but I've done one of the Fiber Trends
lace moebiuses (moebii?) where you cast on and then move half of them
to another needle, then knit them off into a figure 8. I'm about a
third of the way through my second one.

I wouldn't mind having a copy of those books myself, the patterns are
cute. You might direct your inquiry to Tosha, she made a felted kitty
bed from one of the patterns (it was really cute too), and I don't
recollect her complaining about the pattern.

Thanks for the replies. It sounds like it isn't that complicated.

I have the "Second Treasury" book, and have made 2 mobius baskets
(which turned out very cute). It's quite complicated to get through
the mobius cast on and work the first few rounds. Once you get the
hang of it, it's not bad. I can't say that I would want to do this
kind of pattern over and over, though. Lambikins Hideaway in Hamilton
is offering a class for this pattern this fall.
