Hey All,

I spent a good few hours google'ing and looking around in the configuration/source for crtmpd, but for some reason (maybe lack of sleep) I can't figure out how to use crtmpd to do mpeg-ts inside of an rtsp connection.

Trying to get my live feed onto various set-top boxes (like the DUNE 101).

Looking to get one of these to work :) http://dune-hd.com/firmware/misc/media_url.txt (but has to be rtsp/http as to not be soho-firewall prone)

      NOTE:
Only MPEG2-TS streams are supported. MPEG2-TS stream should be
either streamed via RTP (RTSP+RTP), or encapsulated into RTSP TCP
         connection (RTP-TCP).

Many thanks!

Hi,

crtmpserver doesn't support this. This advanced feature is part of EvoStream which is the commercial spin of crtmpserver. You have 2 options here:

1. Start getting dirty with the code and make it happen by yourself. Don't forget to put it back in open source :)
2. Go ahead and give EvoStream a spin. You can have it in demo as well. More details here: http://www.evostream.com

Best regards,
Andrei
