I'm getting a compilation error with trunk, due to changes to inboundtsprotocol.h not being reflected in tsappprotocolhandler.cpp. Specifically, the 'SetStepByStep' method has been removed.
I'll update just to make sure, but it just looks like a few changes weren't copied across.
