Sing-A-Long greeters needed ~ Concert Posters have arrived ~ Monday is a special choir t-shirt day for a professional video

Hello RVCC!
Here are a couple important notes on this very chilly and windy Friday!
1. I’m looking for about 6 greeters for the 8th annual Sing-A-Long on December 7 at the Taubman Museum. These folks will hand out programs, help people find seats, and welcome everyone. Time frame on December 7 is 10:15-11:30. (same as the choristers) Please let me know if you would like to volunteer!
2. The Concert Posters have finally arrived! Please put your poster up right away! Before Thanksgiving! The box was lost and arrived a bit damaged, and the flyer size posters are bent a bit, but OK! On Monday, everyone will receive 1 flyer to put up in a place where lots of people will see it! School, work, church, day care, YMCA, Coffee Shop, Library, After School programs….please find the best place to put your poster up! Postcards too! Everyone will receive 2 postcards to share with friends to invite them to come to the concert or share with someone who loves to sing and they can join the choir in January!
3. We need a mighty group of parent volunteers to put up some extra posters. Please let me know if you can put up some additional posters, besides the one poster that everyone will receive on Monday.
4. Monday is a special choir t-shirt day! All choristers should wear their choir t-shirt to rehearsal on Monday. Michael Hemphill from Buzz 4 Good is coming to video portions of rehearsals, interview some students and then make a promotional video for us. All choristers should wear their choir t-shirt on Monday!
