Dear Choir Families,
I have gotten a really good response to my carpool email, and it appears that we have a lot of parents interested in carpooling opportunities.
I just wanted to send a reminder that today is the due date for having all responses in. However, I will extend it through tomorrow (Thursday, 8/24), as I am aiming to have the list and map ready to send out to all interested parties by this weekend.
So to those of you who are interested in possibly carpooling but have not yet responded, please send me the info in the list below by no later than tomorrow, 8/24.
Submitting your info does not mean you have to carpool with anyone. It merely adds your name and address to the carpool map, and you will then also get a copy of the map and contact info of all other parents interested in carpooling. That way if you want to carpool to any (or all) events, you have the contact info. So it’s completely optional.

1. Your name
2. Your child’s name
3. Which choir your child is in (A, B, B+, C)
4. Your address
5. Your phone and email
6. What school does your child attend?
7. Are you interested in participating on a regular basis? Or only as needed? Or either?
