Offering accessible insights into issues including funding uncertainty, shifting priorities regarding civil rights, reductions in Medicaid and SNAP coverage, aggressive immigration enforcement, and drastic changes impacting higher education affordability and access, we hope this pamphlet is a helpful resource for understanding key developments that are impacting the Illinois landscape, as well as a useful tool and conversation starter for taking actions that advance stability, equity, and opportunity for young people across our state, even as federal conditions continue to shift.
