I don't have any text in it yet, but I have a possible graphics layout for our poster out in Dropbox.  The .png file should be the most reliable one to look at.  The PDF didn't seem to export the transparency or font sizes correctly (yet, there are options I can still try).

The master file was made in the GIMP, I can export it to other formats if anyone else wants to play with it.

The general idea was we could put up to 9 main points on the poster.  Each can have its own race flag indicating whether its a positive or a negative bullet in relation to whether they have a sustainable advantage.

To stick with the race theme we can have different race flags indicating different levels of effectiveness:

Checker: great idea, a win
White: Last Lap, almost a win
Yellow: caution, it wasn't well thought out and there may be danger ahead
Red: bad idea all together 

Just a thought to tie in with the theme.
