Hey guys,

Since the size of our EMBA folder has now topped 1 GB, my personal dropbox quota has been exceeded.  Meaning that dropbox is politely asking me to consider upgrading to a paid plan (which I could do, but I get the feeling that I won’t use hardly any of the 100 GB limit that I’d be paying $10/month for).

Would it be ok if we moved the archive folder offline?  I’m thinking of burning it to a DVD for anyone that would like a copy.

That sounds fine to me.  Perhaps wait till tonight so people can grab a copy if they want to?  Also in case anyone hasn't looked at these yet, take a look at https://www.Dropbox.com/get space to see if you have any easy ways to pick up some more storage.

about 1GB is here:  \EMBA Collaboration\archive\MBA550 - Marketing Management\ .  We can probably leave all the other stuff there if we clean that up.

I'll make sure I have what I want tonight and email when I'm done.

Yup, the media files for the HVM project are the big offenders.  Word / Excel / PPT files aren’t that bad.

I'm ok deleting all of the recorded audio and the marketing intro video -- that's a few hundred MB right there.  Any objections?

Recorded audio from marketing interviews and the marketing intro have now been deleted.
