Changes to 2m repeater

I inserted a high pass filter into the receiver on the 2m repeater to try to
fix the problem with DTMF decoding on the internet link. I couldn't raise
anyone on the repeater to find out if it is actually working. I do need
someone to let me know if it is really working since I can't listen and talk at
the same time.

If you are in the Provo area and have a phone available a call to 801-422-7417
will allow us to coordinate to be sure that the audio is getting through and
isn't garbled.
