Back in ancient times, BYUARC handled all matters of signing up members and collecting dues internally. In those days, while it was at times controversial, we did have a few members from the outside community that were not students, staff or faculty. I was told that nowadays, because all club memberships are processed online through BYUSA, only current students and university employees are eligible.
However, today I was playing with the process for joining the club, just to see how far I could get. And guess what: Apparently you don't have to be current. All you have to have is a BYU account. I was able to fill in all the forms. Then I came to the payment interface. What the heck....might as well give it a try. And sure enough, it even took my money, whereupon BYUSA issued me the following e-mail.

So, the question is, am I in? Am I now, once again, an official BYUARC club member? Or am I excluded by rule? (And if the latter is the case, can I get my 5 bucks back?)
In any case, I used my own account and all the info entered was legit, so I don't think I can be labeled a hacker.
