So my algorithm is off and I'm trying to debug it.
Here's my question:
The optimal value that my alg spits out changes when I change how e is picked... That shouldn't happen, right? If I pick e to be the max c[j], or just the first (or last) non-zero c[j] it should still give the same answer, right?

Nevermind, I figured it out :)

Anybody else who is wondering, no it does not matter how e is picked, the solution to the problem does not change.
