"Virtual Chapter"

Hi Chris and Paul,

I don't really know what we are supposed to read for Monday. It's clear that the virtual chapter starts on page 39, but from there I don't see where to go. The book doesn't explain where to find the remainder of the virtual chapter. Are we supposed to read the gray boxes, the sections mentioned in the gray box on page 39, or something else?

The gray box "virtual chapter" contains a number of pointers to other places in the book that deal with randomized algorithms.
