Highlights of Today's Spiritual Reading session

Hope you all are doing great and feeling excited about spending quality spiritual time over the upcoming weekend !!!

A quick update on today's Reading Session.

We continued to finish Chapter 6 ( Finding Spiritual Solutions to Material Problems) from the book The Science of Self Realization.

Here are few highlights of Today's session

• It began with a conversation between Srila Prabhupada and a couple of science students on the topic of modern science and scientists.

• With philosophical rigor, profound common sense, and disarming frankness, Srila Prabhupada exposed the narrow-mindedness and illogic behind the scientists' commonly accepted theories about the origin of life.

• He thoughtfully presented the Vedic Knowledge to the scientific community by asking simple questions such as, " If life begins from chemicals, where have the chemicals come from ? ", " If the monkey is the immediate forefather of man, why is the monkey still existing? and many more. He also explains "Doctor Frog's philosophy" ( Frog in a well scenario ), reflecting the true identity of today's scientific community.

• Srila Prabhupada ridicules the government for spending the hard earned money of its citizens on missions such as " Finding life on Mars" while engaging in fighting and in killing of  "life on planet earth".
