Good afternoon everyone,
The Above-Ground Parking Garage will be temporarily closed on Thursday, March 12th from 10am-5pm. The Below-Ground Parking Garage will still be open for residents to come and go throughout the day.
We will be doing some supplementary work to a section of the traffic coating, which will help protect the life of the coating & the warranty.
Residents who have cars parked in the Above-Ground Garage can leave their cars in the garage during the work, with the exception of the first row of cars on the left hand side when entering the garage. (Parking spaces 211-217.)
Residents who park in the Above-Ground Garage and will need to leave or return during the day can contact management and we will assign you a temporary space in the below-ground garage for the 12th.
Courtyard parking will still be open for commercial guests. Please limit service workers to only emergency work for the 12th.

Good morning everyone,
The Garage work scheduled for today (Thursday, March 12th) has been cancelled due to the weather. The Above-Ground Parking Garage will be open for regular parking all day. Sadly, the one rainy day this week happened to coincide with the planned work, and with traffic coating you want ideal conditions.
Management will provide an update once a new date is scheduled for the work.

The Above-Ground Parking Garage repair work is now rescheduled for Thursday, March 19th, with the same timeframe of 10am-5pm. All the same information still applies, if you have any questions please contact management!
