A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 7 PM EST this
evening.

Precipitation type... intensity... accumulation... and duration...
widespread rain and drizzle early this morning will transition to
areas of freezing rain or freezing drizzle by mid morning as
northerly winds usher colder air into the region. A thin glaze of
ice accrual... especially on elevated surfaces... bridges... and
overpasses... is likely. Ice accrual will begin once the surface
temperature dips below 32 degrees. The precipitation will
diminish to light freezing drizzle this afternoon. No additional
ice accrual is expected this afternoon.

Impacts...the combination of the expected glaze of ice on trees
and power lines... and strong northerly wind gusting up to 25 mph
may lead to isolated power outages. Dangerous travel conditions
may also develop on bridges and overpasses later this morning and
persist through this afternoon.
