Due September 30th: Racing Member Renewal

Hello Racers,

As you all know your racing membership is reviewed on a yearly basis so as we are approaching summer it is a great time to get out on the water and get racing. Attached you will find the new Racing Member Profile that all racers will be evaluated against moving forward, as well as the compliance form that is required to be filled out and submitted no later than September 30th. Please note the below racing member expectations as noted in the Racing Member Profile:

A racing member shall:

• Excel in sailboat racing
• Compete in regattas throughout the calendar year
• Actively seek out opportunities to represent Balboa Yacht Club
• Represent Balboa Yacht Club in a sportsmanlike spirit in accordance with Club conduct standards and;
• Actively support and contribute to Balboa Yacht Club on-the-water racing activities each year.
