Inserting excel file

The INSERT File option is not available from my insert menu.. EW3
There is no customize on the tools menu.
How do i get the insert file option?
BTW I have reinstalled EW3 using the repair option. That was no help.

There is no customize toolbar available in versions 3.0 of EW. Or customize menu.

If you want to insert a excel into web you don't use insert you use
import

Postion your cursor in folder list where you want the file to go -if
in the root select the root file if in a folder select the folder - go
to file - import - file and then browse to your excel file - select it
and press ok it will be inserted. Then you go to your page and make a
link to the excel file.

If you want the contents of the excel file then you copy and paste ..
however you need to make sure you are bring across bad formatting from
excel... i've not looked ew and excel for this but i did for fp03 and
wrote this

just amend file choices and names and you will have the gist of it.

custimize will be back in version 4.
