root-relative link does not work using EW

How display then use
root-relative link : <a href ="/index.php">Homepage</a>
instead of
relative link : <a href ="../index.php">Homepage</a>
inside Expression Web.
Display a root-relative link does not work inside EW locally
Does a parameter or a change in the registry is necessary ?

That work for a half, if i use the internal server i can display the
page, but when i enter a link it is not a root-relative link.

links. What I do is when I have the hyperlink button open to adjust the link
in the path manually. I'll ask when I'm at the summit next week if there is
another way. If there is anything else you want brought up with the EW team

the undo does not work correctly.
When you are doing an undo on the last modification all the
modifications disappears.
