Hi guys,

Thanks to all the volunteers who help at registration at the opens.

A few updates:

 

1) There will be no need to refund any IBOs for batteries as we have ordered these in bulk.

 

2) Please help with guest registrations and confirm the IBO who has invited them is clearly marked on the sheet. Include last names. We have 2 Jays, 2 Pradeeps, Amit and Anil often look the same. This helps greatly when the IBO of the month is being totalled.

 

3) Fill out the balance sheet. The amount that is in the “final cash count collected” is the amount that is to be written in the black binder.

 

4) Please date the sign in sheets
