Does anyone know where the stickers are? We need to have them at the C4C events.

Also, we need to get a flyer done for the event Dec.7th. Elle will put it together if the text is sent to her.

Diane Reynolds has volunteered to notify neighborhood publications for their events calendars.

Hey all, some info for all.

Amy,

Life must be hectic for you now.

We need to get Elle to change BWK's address on the website; no rush.

I will try to get some info to Elle so she can start the flyer.

Did you post the info on BWK Facebook and is it ok to use it for the flyer?

I have been busy with the TDOT I640/ Broadway plan. How can they think they can away with no ped/bike access? I have sent letters to TDOT, Gov. Haslam who forwarded it to Commissioner Schroer. And will send a letter to each city council member after the election is over later this week ( they are written but not sent yet). Also, getting a letter from the BWT board to TDOT re: not adhering to policy. If we get no changes from TDOT then I seriously think there should be a lawsuit. 

I am also updating the email list for Mail Chimp. I will send it to Monika with text re: the I640/ Brdwy issue so she can send to the list.We need everyone to voice their objection to proposed plan

Kelley says there will be no public meetings on this plan so we have to make the public aware of TDOT's intentions.

Are we meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 13th? I think we decided that last month and if so, we need to put in the newsletter . I think we need other members to come and get involved.

I was planning on the meeting on Weds Nov 13, 

·        does anyone have a suggestion of a location that is good for having a meeting? Does sunspot have a meeting room?  Barleys is another option.

·        Are we doing the 2^nd Wednesday from here on out?

·        Probably need to get this out in a newsletter soon

TDOT – yes we need to stay on top of this, need this in the newsletter too.

What contact address do you want me to use on the BWK website? 

I've updated the events on the home page but let me know if there is a change of date and location for the monthly meeting - I put Nov 13 at 5:30 at the Bristro?? Once we confirm the change, I'll need to fix it on the Event page as we currently have it listed as the 3rd Thursday. What are we going to do about the rack card we just had printed - the monthly meeting was listed for the 3rd Thursday of the month? 

Would like a little input before I start the Thunder Rd flyer as I think there is too much info on their flyer. What size flyer are we wanting - 11 x 17 or letter size? What content - just the basic event info or more detailed. I don't think we need directions to Earth Fare only that it starts at the Bearden Earth Fare. The time has me confused - start is listed as 9-12 with finish at 4pm??

Still need logos for the flyer. I was able to pull the East TN Wanderers logo off of their word document.

Caroline - please remove "el...@legacyparks.org" from the email list so that I'll only get one email at pedal....@gmail.com  Thanks!

had a conversation with mark campen about the i640 project last night.  he is concerned.  i'm going to send a letter stating that i will file suit individually or on behalf of a class of people if they don't listen to us.  and i will follow through on that as well if it doesn't change things.
