My mom - update and thanks

Dear Friends & Family,

 

Thank you all for your outpouring of heartfelt responses. I just want you to know that I’ve been reading them all, sharing them with the kids, and your words have touched and comforted us.

 

I just want to share some details with you. 

 

For those of you in Washington: My mom’s funeral will be tomorrow (Tuesday) 12noon, at Hines Rinaldi, 11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD.  A private interment will follow at Judean Gardens, Olney, MD.  We will hold shiva at the Reno Road house on Tuesday and Wednesday, starting at 7pm.

 

For those of you in Boston: We will hold shiva at our home (14 Auburn Place, Brookline) on Saturday and Sunday, starting at 5pm.

For those of you who asked: Donations in my mom’s honor (Dr. Frances R. Davidson) can be made to a charity of your choice. Among her favorite causes were HIAS https://www.hias.org/ , breast cancer research https://www.breastcancerinstitute.org/ , and the Wellfleet Public Library http://wellfleetlibrary.org/index.php/friends
