Prayers:  we used the prayers as a way to include family. I have attached the doc laying out who did what and how we divided up the prayers. Jenny managed that part. Parents/family were given assignments, they did a quick dress rehearsal before the BM on Saturday, and then they all came to the front - in front of the stage - and read their part. 

I think the kids did the prayer over the candles during the program. The other prayers came at the end. 

Let me know what I might be missing.
