Salaam Beheno:

Last night we were able to finish (almost) the back drop behind bhaisaheb. We only have to add the rope. It looks beautiful. Thank you Bensaheb, Durriya, Alefiya, Alefiya, Munira, Nisreen and Umema for helping out.

We will finalize the loose ends this Saturday after jaman in the evening. Below are the things that need to be addressed. Please come prepared as to what you would like to help with. That way we can wind up our meeting in half an hour. If you cannot attend the meeting, please email saying the responsibility you want to take over.

- Ideas to decorate the markaz like hanging something from the ceiling (may be a crown with 101 on it).

- For raffle, we have 3 gold coins from India. We still need to get:
non stick pot
towel and Walangri
Carry on bag
Restaurant Gift card
Massage Gift card
Rida
Few other gifts ( we need at least 10 gifts, gold coins count as three gifts)

Two people to sell raffle tickets. We start selling on Saturday, 3rd March.
Set up the raffle table day before our function.

- Jaman:
Salam envelope
Sherbet
Wadhawani and Sherbet thaali (Durriya, Alefiya)
Namakdani
Menu - sodannu, shahi tukda, kulfi, barbeque platter, bread bowl, rice pulav (may be pistachio topping), salad, fruit, cake, drinks

Safaras, disposables
Towels
Jaman duties - thaal ready, jazam, salaam, sherbet, haath dhulawanu, serve, clean up.
Itr daani
Gifts for kids
