Error 14001 with ChaosLauncher

Hi,

ChaosLauncher is failing to load BWAPI and display the following error
message :
"Could not load Plugin "path_to_bwapi
\BWAPI_ChaosLauncherInjectord.bwl"
(14001)

The only result I get in googling the error is here :

Then I trie to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable
Package (x86), but it didn't fixed the issue.

Did someone already encountered this issue and has an idea to solve
it ?
