"The Education Sector Performance Review (ESPR), commonly referred to
as the Joint Sector Review (JSR), is a grand, much-anticipated annual
event. It is where stakeholders in Malawi’s education sector take
stock of progress over the past year, and agree on priorities and
targets for the next year, in the broader context of mid and long-term
policy goals. The 2023 JSR was held on Wednesday 11th and Thursday
12th October, at the Bingu International Convention Centre, in
Lilongwe."
