Dear colleagues

 

Please see details below of an exciting consultancy opportunity to do some desk based / secondary research on private education provision in selected countries (Malawi, Mozambique, Nigeria and Tanzania), analysing existing policies / practices against established human rights standards. There will be a particular focus on analysing:

• Issues of segregation / discrimination
• Present public education provision / trends
• Laws and policies relating to private actors / Public Private Partnerships:
• Laws and policies relating to regulation
• Critical aspects of financing, including relating to public subsidies for private actors

 

The deadline for applications is the end of this week – 20^th October – with the work to be undertaken between November 2018 and February 2019.
