As discussed, we would like to visit your Institution to hire for the Non-Technology Teams in Hyderabad. I have shared a brief company profile, job role and compensation details. I have attached the Job Description of the roles.

Profile 1: Seller Support – Full Time

The Seller Support Associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners. The Seller Support Associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate has an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers of Amazon, making a strong record of customer focus a high standard for the role. A Seller Support Associate is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases.

·         Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.

·         Provides prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers’ issues.

·         Builds Platform and business knowledge to better serve sellers

·         Maintains a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.

·         Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently knowledge while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.

·         Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed.

·         Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.

·         Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.

·         Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve Seller’s issues and questions.

·         Should be flexible to adapt to support a 24*7 operating environment and ready to work in shifts    

Compensation Details: INR 2,74,000 per annum

Profile 2: Customer Service Associate – Full Time

Job of Customer Service Associate involves communicating with customers through different mediums (Email, Chat and Phone) by utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast paced environment

Skills: Amazon is looking for candidates with:

·         Excellent communication (written and verbal)

·         Comprehension and problem solving skills

·         Familiarity with MS-Office, Internet Explorer

·         Good typing skills.

·         Willing to work in a 24*7 environment

Compensation Details –

Full Time:

·         Email : INR 1,73,000 per annum

·         Chat : INR 1,95,000 per annum

Seminar Hall	Seminar Hall with Projector and mike for the Pre Placement Talk
Class Rooms	5-6 class rooms for conducting the HR Pre Screening and that can be used as the waiting area (one class room close to Lab)
Computers	Need 200 computers with Windows Vista or above OS, additional computers will greatly help
Internet Speed	40-50 MBPS or more for all the systems
Headsets	Please arrange at least 150 headsets with proper condition
Landlines	Please arrange 3 - 4 STD landlines for Voice Versant
Internet Explorer	Latest Version of Google Chrome , Mozilla Firefox and Flash Player to be installed
Volunteers	5 - 10 minimum Volunteers from college – to manage the crowd and also help us coordinate & conduct interviews.

 

·         If there are any technical challenges in the Lab, a system administer should be available to assist the team. 

PS: All classrooms, computer labs & Seminar hall to be in building and floor for smooth flow of interview process.

Specifications to install CDT software (to conduct versant test)

 To install the CDT test delivery program, your computer must meet the following requirements:

• Windows® Vista, or 7 • Broadband Internet connection • Dual Core at 1200 MHz or higher • 512 MB of RAM • 5 GB free disk space • Screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 • Web browser: Internet Explorer 7.0 (or higher) • Network security access to allow CdtClient.exe application to access https://www.VersantTest.com (port 443) • Soundcard / audio driver with that can play audio (headphones recommended)

 1. Go to http://www.versanttest.com/technology/platforms/cdt/index.jsp to download the CDT client

2. Click to download the CDT Client application (approx. 10 MB download).

3. When the dialogue box appears, select run to download and install CDT on the computer.

4. Click Next in each of the following dialog boxes until the installation is completed

5. Once installation of the CDT client is complete, an icon will automatically appear on your desktop and in the Start Menu. Please use below the link for Versant test (CDT Link)
