Things to be followed during Reviews in PPT :-

->Database Designing (should say which Normalization did we use in designing).
->If any diagram is shown in PPT should Mention what that diagram is belonging to( e.g.: Use case diagram for Withdrawal ...)
->Analysis and design part should be shown.
-> UML Diagrams, DFD's, Flowchart should be drawn.
->Software Life Cycle
->For each review we should carry 3 copies of abstracts & 2 copies of base papers.
->The PPT that we are preparing should be the same upto the end of the project completion (i.e., New slides should be added to the existing PPT for each Review and the updated PPT should be sent to Mantri sir and batachari sir each time we attend the review)
