Respected Members of Bhāratiya Vidvad Pariṣad,
Namaskāra.
We hope this message finds you in good health and scholarly spirit.
We are a group of research scholars associated with institutions such as IIT Bombay, CSIR, and Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute, Belur Math. We have undertaken an initiative to collect, digitise, and curate Sanskrit texts—especially in the domains of Nyāya, Alaṁkāra, and Vedānta—so that they may be made accessible globally in reliable digital formats.
As part of this ongoing effort, we are developing and maintaining the following platforms:
tarkavidya.com (Nyāya)
rasasarani.in (Alaṁkāra)
vedantatattvam.com (Vedānta)
While a large corpus of texts is already available in digital form, the major challenge remains ensuring their accuracy. Many existing digital texts contain errors due to OCR limitations or manual transcription issues. Therefore, our primary aim is to provide carefully proofread and corrected versions of these texts for serious students and scholars.
In this regard, we humbly request the members of this esteemed group to volunteer for:
Proofreading digitised Sanskrit texts
Verifying and correcting textual data
Contributing authentic and corrected versions of texts, if available
Even small contributions—such as proofreading a few pages—would be immensely valuable for this collective scholarly effort.
Those interested in contributing may kindly reply to the email address below or the mobile number (Preferably WhatsApp). We will coordinate and share the required materials and guidelines accordingly.
We sincerely believe that with the support of the scholarly community, we can build a reliable and lasting digital repository of our rich śāstric heritage.
Looking forward to your kind support and participation.
With regards and praṇāma,
Buddhodev Ghosh,
